Blessed are those who persevere under trial, because when they have stood the test, they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. I want to be blessed. I want to achieve. I want to survive. God wants me to change, grow and share. I just don't want to change, grow or share out of response to trails. I want it to occur the easy way. Overnight would be nice. That is not how it happens. I grow because of failure, mistakes and shortcomings. I grow because of trials. I grow and change because I do not give up, because I trust in Him and I wait on Him. Prayer - Bless me God and grow me for your glory. Take away all that glorifies me. Restore my heart and mind. Heal my soul. Give me strength to finish strong through my trials. Encourage me and walk by me as I persevere. AmenJames 1:12 (TNIV)
